InformationVideo published by Motorcycles Special In Japan, some people tune their two-wheelers, mostly scooters, so they are as close to the ground as possible. Personally, it does not look safe to me at all; I feel like they are going to scrape the ground in turns. Still, some designs are admittedly pretty cool.
