French ingenuity has struck again: this very smart product from Gyrolift, allows users to switch between the usual seated position and a standing position.
In this video, Lambert Trénoras, CEO of Gyrolift, presents the product on TV78 - The Yvelines channel.
Developed around 2016 by a team bringing together "Handipode" and the systems engineering laboratory of Versailles. Gyrolift also won the Paris-Saclay CES Challenge Las Vegas 2018, organized by the CCI Versailles-Yvelines for its territorial innovation community Open'Ynnov.
Another version of the concept was also developed in India by Phoenix Medical Systems, using a manual lever, more information here.
