A man confronts the current school superintendent about the bullying he says he suffered from him when he was young

On March 19, 2019, at Katy ISD in Texas, United States, during a school board meeting, Greg Barrett tells a truly sad story.
When he was a child, he attended that school from 1975 to 1983, and his last name was "Gay".
He says he was bullied by students, teachers, and even gym teachers. He had no one to turn to.
One day, during lunch break, he had his head shaved in a urinal. His lip was also smashed against that urinal, he was covered in urine, and he had no one to turn to.
The principal at the time told him: "those kids will grow up one day, they will not always be like that", then sent him home.
Once home, he nearly killed himself with his father's revolver.
He then says that Lance Hindt, the current superintendent of Katy ISD, who is standing in front of him at that moment and listening, was the person who shaved his head.
Lance Hindt, clearly embarrassed, says it is unbelievable, then laughs before trying to defend himself by saying he has witnesses and offering to discuss it, but Greg Barrett, full of emotion, leaves the podium.
Since January 14, 2019, Lance Hindt has been removed and replaced by Ken Gregorski.
