In this movie-like scene, a man appears to escape from private property by jumping out of a window with a radiator handcuffed to his hand.
He still jumps from the first floor while carrying the weight of the large radiator, so the fall must have been quite rough. Fortunately, the sheet-metal roof of the car softened his landing a little.
He seems a bit disoriented after landing on the car, but after a few seconds he manages to run away, the radiator still attached to his hand, while the jailer watches him flee from the window without being able to catch him.
