A stretcher malfunctions and makes the rescue difficult

On June 4, 2019, in Arizona in the USA, a rescue goes wrong. The stretcher cannot stop spinning on itself and seems uncontrollable.
It is impossible to know how they will solve the problem, but the helicopter seems to keep going anyway.

Some news received since then from the Philip DeFranco YouTube Blog indicates that the woman on this stretcher is alive and suffered only some nausea.
