Swoop Dawg, who works at The Dodo animal rescue center, one day found a baby magpie in danger by the side of the road.
He took it under his wing to care for it and feed it, then teach it how to fly. He named this magpie Mowgli.
Since that day, the magpie has been completely tame, follows him everywhere, answers whistles, and builds its daily life around its rescuer.
This bond naturally became part of everyday life, despite the presence of a cat already living with the human. The bird always has the option to leave, but always ends up coming back.
