The window to the past (6 months earlier)

Publié le 30 Avril 2026

Information

Video published by KBZ

This video shows us the "PastWindow", a huge screen in a street that shows what happened on the other side with a 6-month delay.

We see people surrounded by snow, while around the screen it seems rather warm. Everything filmed by this window would be recorded on a server, then replayed 6 months later, continuously.

I am speaking conditionally, because it is quite likely that this video is an edit.
Indeed, many comments across the web consider the installation of such a device relatively impossible or really very expensive, especially because of the size of the screen.
Also, if this screen had really existed, there would very probably be more information about its location and or how it works.

That said, the idea is still pretty cool, perhaps setting up such a project would increase a city's tourist activity.
