  • Contact form: the information you enter (name, email address, message) and the IP address from which you send it, so that we can respond to you and prevent abuse.
  • User or author account (optional): username, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and any profile information you choose to add. If you sign in with Google, Google provides us with your name and email address.

This data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed solely by the publisher and hosted in France (LWS, Paris).

  • Traffic measurement and technical logs: legitimate interest (security, statistics); retained for no more than 12 months.
  • Contact form messages: legitimate interest (responding to you); retained for 3 years after the last exchange.
  • User account: provision of the service you request; retained for as long as the account exists, then deleted at your request or after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Personalized advertising: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Advertising and cookies

The site is funded by Google AdSense advertising. On your first visit, a consent notice (provided by Google through a platform compliant with the European IAB TCF framework) allows you to accept or refuse advertising and measurement cookies. Without your consent, no personalized advertising cookie is placed; non-personalized ads may then be displayed. You can change your choice at any time using the consent management link provided on the site.

Google, as a third-party provider, uses cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites. To learn more or disable personalized advertising, see how Google advertising works and ad settings.

The site also uses a session cookie that is essential to its operation (sign-in, form security) and does not require consent. Some articles embed YouTube videos: playing them may place Google cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, restrict the processing of, and obtain the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us using the contact form; you will receive a response within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
